Amikor elneveztük pontosan azzal a céllal született, hogy az ország egyik legnagyobb és legszélesebb választékkal rendelkező Kerti bútor, szauna, masszázsmedence és grill bemutatóterme legyen. A sok-sok elégedett ügyfelünk a bizonyítéka annak, hogy a küldetésünk helyes volt. I think SpaTrend Outdoor Design is really the right name for the business. When we named it, it was created with the purpose of being one of the largest and widest selection of garden furniture, sauna, massage pool and barbecue showrooms in the country. Our many, satisfied customers are proof that our mission was right.

Mert végre egy olyan hely ahol nincs olyan kérdés amire ne kapnánk meg azonnal választ. (Nem úgy mint az egyik nagy nevű “konkurenciánál” „tessék felhívni a szervízt majd ők megmondják stb.” )Ismerik a jakuzzik működésének minden apró részletét, segítenek a telepítésben a szervizelésben. Érződik hogy képzik magukat, járnak a gyártóhoz tovább képzésekre. Szóval ettől kerek az egész. Jó ide bejönni!Mert itt mindennél fontosabb a minőség és a minőségi szolgáltatás. Nem kérdés.Csak ajánlani tudom! It's good to come here! It is a very nicely furnished shop where you are happy to deal with the customer without being intrusive but with all your needs. It's good to come here! Because it's finally a place where there is no question that we don't get an immediate answer to. (Unlike one of the big names in the "competition", "call the service and they'll tell you, etc.") They know every little detail of how a jacuzzi works, they help with installation and service. They feel they are training themselves and go to the manufacturer for further training. So that's what makes it whole. It's good to come in here because quality and quality service are paramount here. No question. I can only recommend it!

Annyira megleptük az üzletben tartózkodó értékesítőket, hogy kb 15 percig szóhoz sem jutottak,talán még köszönni is elfelejtettek. Az egymással folytatott kedélyes beszélgetésüket, negyed órányi nézelődéssel sikerült csak megzavarnunk annyira,hogy valaki megkérdezze,tud-e segíteni. Egy olyan üzletben,ahol a legolcsóbb termék is vetekszik egy jobb használt autó árával ( gondolok itt akár bútorra,akár jacuzzira) ,talán elvárható lenne,hogy valaki odajön hozzánk ha belépünk az üzletbe. De legalább köszönjön. Az üzlet igényesen kialakitott, szép, de ez ma már kevés ahhoz,hogy ott vásároljon az ember. Nem tolongtak az emberek,lett volna idő erre szerintem. During opening hours, we arrived at the store "unexpectedly". We surprised the salespeople in the store so much that they didn’t have a word for about 15 minutes, maybe they even forgot to say hello. We only managed to disturb their cheerful conversation with each other, with a quarter of an hour of watching, so much that someone would ask if he could help. In a store where even the cheapest product rivals the price of a better used car (I mean either furniture or a jacuzzi here), maybe one would expect someone to come to us if we enter the store. But at least say hello. The store is sophisticated, beautiful, but it is not enough to buy there today. People weren’t crowded, I think there would have been time for that.

Felsőfokú masszázs élmény tényleg jobb, mint a legtöbb wellness központban. Az üzletkötők barátságosak, és segítőkészek. Minden bemutatóterem ilyen kéne legyen. I called to see if I could try out these American-branded jacuzzis in the showroom and they said there was nothing to stop me. I completely relaxed in 10 minutes. Advanced massage experience is really better than most wellness centers. The salespeople are friendly and helpful. Every showroom should be like this.
