Long story - We were in transit through Hungary heading to Slovenia and I somehow got a bolt in my tire and was on the highway. It was Saturday and all the auto service shops were closed. Nonetheless we got off the highway and went into town in the hopes of finding some help. After reaching the town the bolt got out of the tire and I had to stop because the wheel deflated.
There were a few places I called but all were closed. Even my spare was deflated (I know I should have checked it beforehand but I hadn't). So a random dude stopped there and offered to go someplace and inflate my spare tire and then came back with it and helped me change it. However I had an 80km/h max spare and there was no way I could continue with thaton the highway so the dude said we could go to a place that might help me.
And we got to this place, which was closed but there were a few people there working on some stuff. They took pity on me, fixed my flat tire and helped me change my spare back with the fixed tire and while I offered repeatedly to pay them, they just refused every time and wished me well.
So yeah, they're awesome people and I'd probably take my business to them if I were a local!
