Vagy csak időpontra lehet menni (legalább 2 hónap múlva), vagy nincs rendelés/orvos és menjek Fehérvárra, valamint nincs helyben akut vérvétel/labor annak ellenére, hogy a honlapon szerepel a vérvétel 7-11 óráig beutalóval. A valóság viszont az, hogy ez is csak időpontra van, szintén 2 hónapos várólistával, ami egy szakrendelőben megengedhetetlen szerintem. Ezért is kússzon el a paraszt Fehérvárra. Ha mindenért Fehérvárra kell menni, akkor minek van itt rendelő? Ez így egy rossz vicc csak. I would give zero to my heart, but unfortunately there is no such rating. 7	70 70 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az ultrahangon dolgozó doktornőknek igen csak lenne mit tanulniuk még emberségből!!! Eddig 3 alkalommal voltam odarendelve, s kivétel nélkül mind öntelt, fennhéjázva beszélő, s nem segítőkész emberek voltak. Vajon csak én fogom ki az ilyen embereket, vagy ide küldik a selejtjét? Tudtommal nem csupán a vizsgálat elvégzésére hivatott egy doktor, hanem a beteg szolgálatára van. Természetesen az ide vonatkozó dolgokra gondolok. Jó lenne megtanulni a szakma minden egyes lépését, s fortélyát, különben megnézhetjük magunkat a jövőben! Ultrasound doctors would have a lot to learn from humanity !!! A hívást fogadó adminisztrátoroknak immáron harmadik alkalommal problémát okozott egy szimpla időpont kiadása, annak ellenére, hogy ők a lakhelyem szerint illetékes intézmény és a háziorvosom is szerződésben áll velük. Két alkalommal próbáltam a háziorvosi beutalóval időpontot kérni a térítésmentes vérvételre/laborra, minden alkalommal mondvacsinált indokokkal elküldtek Székesfehérvárra, vagy bárhová, csak nekik ne kelljen megcsinálni. Persze, ezt hosszú percekig egyeztetik a háttérben, mert egyikük sem tud korrekt tájékoztatást adni elsőre. A vonalban hallom, ahogyan a háttérben folyik az ötletbörze, milyen kifogással küldjék el az embert. Első alkalommal a hosszas “szakmai egyeztetésük” után azt nyilatkozták, hogy náluk a térítésmentes vérvétel sajnos fizetős, második alkalommal pedig arra jutottak, hogy végülis nekem nincs időpontjuk, mivel nem az ottani szakorvosaikhoz járok. Tájékoztattak, hogy egyébként is ebben az intézményben egy nap egy db terheléses vércukorvizsgálatot végeznek, ezért saaajnos nem tudnak részemre 1HÓNAPON BELÜL időpontot biztosítani. Nyilván Székesfehérváron kevésbé leterhelt az intézmény. Unfortunately, you have to give a star, but the institution doesn’t deserve that much. For the first time, after their lengthy “professional consultation,” they stated that their unpaid blood collection was unfortunately paid, and the second time they came to the conclusion that I finally didn’t have an appointment because I didn’t go to their specialists there. They were informed that anyway, one day of a load blood glucose test is performed at this institution, so unaajnos they are unable to provide me with an appointment WITHIN 1 MONTH. Apparently the institution was less busy in Székesfehérvár.

Csupán egy új dátum pecsétet szerettem volna egy receptre amire kiírták a kezeléseket(fürdő így elfogadja hozzátenném). Válasz, hogy nem mehetek be csak időpontot adnak ami másfél hónap múlva esedékes. Csak egy kis emberség kellet volna, hogy bemehessek egy pecsétért. De ez itt nincs. Fizetem a TB, fizetem a kezeléseket és akkor ilyen a hozzáállás. A hangnemről meg nem is beszélek. Vicc ami ott van. In my heart, I wouldn’t give a single star, but there is no such option. K	Krisztina Kertész on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egy csillagot sem érdemelnek,a megadott telefonszám nem kapcsolható napok,hetek óta!Személyes megjelenéskor a hölgy szerint 2 napja rossz a telefon,mikor közöltem,hogy 2 hete nem tudjuk hívni,csak annyi volt a válasz,hogy aha...rossz a telefonunk akkor.A még elvileg rendelő doktornöre kapásból rávágta már nincs itt,nem volt beteg,elment.Közben nézegetett a lépcső felé.(Fél órával a rendelés vége előtt voltunk ott)Majd a lehetséges időponton (2 hónap múlva) meglepődtem,erre a válasza: ha minden beteg beírnánk,még akkorra se lenne. Tessék? Ha mindenkit beírnának?Ha annyi a beteg,hogy tudott a doktornő előbb elmenni?Miért is nézegetett a lépcső irányába-mégse ment még el,és nem akarta hogy lebukjon? Felháborító ami ebben a rendelőben megy!Részemről nem hagyom ennyiben,megtettem a jogi lépéseket! Tisztelet a kivételnek. /Igaz a hölgy közölte ezzel a problémával forduljak magán orvoshoz , de akkor minek fizetjük a TB.-t? /Az időpontfoglalással, ahol másfél órát kell várni a lefoglalt időponton túl a sebész úrra. Megértem, hogy csúszik, na de ennyit? Vagy az előző alkalommal már 11.30- kor nem volt benn a doktor úr., pedig csak kedden és pénteken rendel. Botár doktor úr elküldött magánorvoshoz, mert ő nem tud ezzel mit kezdeni, beutalót sem tud adni, magán orvoshoz kell vele menni. Sajnos egy talpon lévő szemölccsel egy szakrendelőben egy képzett orvos nem tud mit kezdeni, akkor mi van, ha valakinek egy nagyon komoly betegsége van?
