★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Családias,kellemes környezetben,egy időben maximum 3 ember tartózkodik az edző helyiségben,de ez a ritkább,így azoknak is kitűnő választás,akik "szégyenlősebbek és így inkább kerülik az edzőtermek zsúfoltságát.
Időhiánynyosoknak is tökéletes,fél óra és már mehet is tovább.
A tréner hölgy szakmai tudása,útmutatása hibátlan.
Az eredmények jönnek,kinek kinek elvárásai szerint,de igen hamar és látványosan!
Csak ajánlani tudom!!!
