We were here in the summer of 2017. At first glance, nice accommodation with private parking in the yard and a good location near the water park and at the same time outside the night noisy zone. When furnishing accommodation and the like, communication with the owner is cool and trying to help. Unfortunately, this very good impression is ruined by several things: 1. They will take you to a really sunny room and you will find that the air conditioning does not work or is very weak (this is the better case). After making phone calls, equipping and waiting for the one who knows, you will find that several rooms are in a similar situation, if you find one where it works anyway, then after a few hours it will stop cooling there as well. Then you wait for a few people and, as technicians, when they look at it, push the buttons and pretend it's blowing. It takes a while to admit that the air conditioning should also cool and it's not just a fan, and in 3-4 days they will finally repair the air conditioning. The problem was in the neglected air conditioners and clogged pipes. Cleaning of all air conditioners was done quickly, it is probably not trivial to find a knowledgeable technician during the summer season. If they had it preventively cleaned before the season, then there might not be a problem. 2. Problems with WiFi, after 2-3 hours after the restart, the part securing the login crashes and cannot be connected until the owner / boss arrives and it does not restart again. The problem is that he usually comes there once a day. 3. Cleanliness, tidy just as you can see at first glance, rag / broom already under the armchair, bed and the like did not come, but to see it only when you sit down or lie down. 4. The first contact during accommodation and the like is through the waitress in the bar, which is open only in the afternoon and early evening, ie if he comes to work. And she is terribly reluctant - I don't know the answer, she can't. You need to call the owner, otherwise you will not equip anything. It's better with the owner, but there will be a bit of a language problem, but they try. 5. Due to the building, the rooms are on the first and second floor. But the first floor is quite high, almost like two floors in a normal block of flats. What if you live on the second floor and are an older person, or you have joint problems, you will feel the lack of an elevator. Other things / shortcomings are not so bad, some rooms are also quite comfortable in terms of space, but some are less possible. Not much is needed to solve problems 1-3, it's a pity, it unnecessarily ruined the impression of the stay.

Great location, very close to the restaurants that are opposite, clean, large bed, the swimming pool is around 100m, really great hotel, the only downside is contact with the owner, you have to call otherwise you won't enter the room, 4 strong stars !!

Newly renovated, clean, friendly staff, 3 minutes walk from the entrance to the water park, great satisfaction with this accommodation, I would be happy to stay there again. Last but not least, a good price. Recommended!
