★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elég nevetséges,hogy a napokban 2 cipőt is akartam rendelni és 1-4 nap múlva kapom az emailt hogy nincs vagy hibás ez már lassan felháborító máshonnan ia rendelek és szinte azonnal kapom az emailt ha nincs nem pár nap múlva szoktam tőlük rendelni de egyre több panasz van az ismerőseim körében is
Így lehet inkább hanyagolni fogom őket
It's pretty ridiculous that I wanted to order 2 shoes in a few days and in 1-4 days I get the email that there is no or faulty it is slowly outrageous from elsewhere ia I order and I get the email almost immediately if not I don't order from them in a few days but more and more complaints is also among my friends
So I might rather neglect them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ha lehetne, egyetlenegy csillagot sem adnék. A kiszolgáló személyzet flegma, lekezelő ha épp nem magánbeszélgetést folytat a mobilján. Az olcsóbb kategóriájú cipői silány minőségűek (kb 6 *1,5 óra hordás után feslik az anyag), ezt a sportáruházlánc szakelőadója is elismert, de garanciális időn belüli csere illetve pénzvisszatérítés akkor sincs. Ha tönkrement az a vásárló baja, mivel itt nincs keret a visszatérítésre (dolgozó állítása). Békéltető testülethez fordultam, velük nem lehetett egyezkedni, sajnos. Azt a tanácsot kaptam, hogy forduljak a márka képviseletéhez, hátha ott megjavítják. Ha már egy üzlet adott dolgokat árul - ebben az esetben cipőt - garanciális időben az eladó üzlet felelőssége lenne a javítás megszervezése is, mondjuk azért, hogy legközelebb is náluk vásároljak. Egy biztos a jövőben elkerülöm minden üzletüket.
If I could, I wouldn’t give a single star. The service staff is a phlegm, a handler if you are not having a private conversation on your mobile. The shoes of the cheaper category are of poor quality (after about 6 * 1.5 hours of wear, the material fades), this is also acknowledged by the specialist of the sports store chain, but there is no exchange or refund within the warranty period. If that buyer’s trouble is ruined because there is no framework for a refund here (worker claim). I turned to a conciliation body, they could not be negotiated, unfortunately. I was advised to contact the brand representative to see if they would fix it there. If a store already sells certain things - in this case shoes - during the warranty period, the seller's store would also be responsible for arranging the repair, say, so that I can buy from them next time. For sure, I will avoid all their business in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az eladó lány nagyon kedves és segítőkész ! A húgommal vásároltunk ott baseball sapkát, és segített zokni választásban is, pedig 3,5 tonnát kellett átválogatni a raktárban! ;)
