J	Jan Zelený on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po příjezdu do prázdného penzionu, jsme volali na uvedené tel. nikdo to nezvedal, poté jsme na dveřích našli jiné a cca 30 minut čekali než se někdo objevil. Personál nemluvil anglicky, velice těžká domluva přes google překladač a bylo nám sděleno, že má pro nás pouze jeden pokoj místo dvou, přestože byl pension prázdný. Nastala hodina dohadování o pokoj, kdy nakonec, když jsme chtěli ubytování zrušit, najednou byly pokoje dva. Na pokojích chyběl toaletní papír. Ubytování mělo v nabídce wellness, kdy sauny byly nefunkční a ve whirpoolu byla stará zelená voda. Na závěr, když jsme v koupelně chtěli vytáhnout roletu, daná roleta spadla a rozsekla mi čelo, protože se někdo neobtěžoval jí správně přidělat. Nakonec nám byla nabídnuta sleva 20% na další pobyt - ne, děkuji. After arriving at the empty guest house, we called the phone, no one answered, then we found another on the door and waited about 30 minutes before someone showed up. The staff did not speak English, very difficult agreement via google translator and we were told that they have only one room for us instead of two, even though the pension was empty. There was an hour of arguing about the room, when in the end, when we wanted to cancel the accommodation, there were suddenly two rooms. Toilet paper was missing from the rooms. The accommodation offered wellness, when the saunas were non-functional and the whirlpool had old green water. In the end, when we wanted to pull out the blind in the bathroom, the blind fell off and cut my forehead because someone didn't bother to attach it correctly. Finally, we were offered a 20% discount on the next stay - no, thank you.

The staff was extremely friendly and joyous and was ready to be giving us information on anything we needed. The wellness section had also the newest equipment which made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for having a taste of Hungarian hospitality and traditions.
