Vásárlókkal kapcsolatot teremtő pozícióba szerintem egyáltalán nem való. Megjelent egy fiatalember is aki még csak köszönésre se méltatott minket. Ezért elállunk az önöktől való megrendeléstől, bár nem álltak az üzlet előtt kígyózó sorok, épp elég nagy a kínálat Budapesten. Volt szekrény, gardrób, jellemzően Infinity-vel és nagyon elégedett vagyok vele. Volt aki szidta, volt aki nem, természetes van konkurenciája, de számomra eddig majdnem csak pozitív tapasztalat volt/van. Olcsónak nem mondható, legalábbis, ha kimaxoljuk a lehetőségeket, de talán még így sem a legdrágább a piacon. A felmérés mindig precíz, kreatív, segítőkész, volt, ahogy a szerelés is. Az eredmény pedig szép és jól használható eszköz. Sajnos fa furnér nincs, MDF sem, fix anyagokkal dolgoznak, de az eredménye jó minőségű. Az egyetlen negatív tapasztalatom a képviseletek szakmai felkészültsége, ahol telefonos/email-es kérdéseim jó részére nem tudtak válaszolni, de nem is erőltettem, mert tudtam, hogy a felmérésnél mindenre választ kapok. Emiatt, a 4-es értékelés. (Nagy valószínűséggel nem nagyon nézik online megjelenésük, így kérdezni szerintem itt nem praktikus. Sajnos még ma sem minden cégnek alapvető ezzel foglalkozni.) Eljött a nap és időpont . Sehol senki. Se telefon se e-mail . Újra hívás . Visszahívást ígértek . Persze nem volt. Pár óra múlva kiderült mégsem tudnak jönni , majd keresnek . Azóta sem kerestek . Nem gondolnám , hogy ez a korrekt ügyfélkezelés. I wanted to change a roller in one of Stanley's sliding doors. Phone, email. They didn't answer so I called them. We've arranged a date. The day and time have come. Nobody anywhere. No phone or no email. Call again. They called back. Of course not. After a few hours, it turns out they can't come and they're looking.
