They also used swearwords, and were talking about how they don't like the different types of customers, while demonstrating their behaviour. Absolutely unprofessional. I couldn't focus on my work because of them, so I had to leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered matcha frappuccino and I was given moka one, no reaction from the person (woman who’s the manager probably) who made the drink, she just ignored me. The boy who got the order said they don’t have any matcha, and as he explained he thought I meant moka by saying matcha. Not sure about his logic but the service in this Starbucks is almost always awful. That woman manager is always very rude and impolite
