★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Baristas were so unorganised! They didn't write any names on the cups and didn't bother saying the drink name out loud before placing it on the counter! The number of drinks were simply piling up and no one knew if they could take it or not. They had no order to the drinks they made and picked a random order so even if you ordered first you got it last! We waited for an entire half hour before getting our tea. The tea doesn't even have to be made. It's already in a pitcher and simply needs to be poured with ice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst Starbucks I've been to in Europe. We are currently on a Euro-Trip with my husband and wanted to grab a cup of coffee before heading to our train at the nearby railway station but almost had to rebook our tickets as we've barely managed to get there on time because of Starbucks Arena Mall's staff. Both of the girls at the checkout were really rude and one of them even refused to speak English, rolled her eyes constantly while talking in Hungarian (I presume). They were really slow, messed our order up twice (I'm talking about two Venti Lattes) and were just generally really uncomfortable to be around.

This is the filthiest Starbuck I have ever seen. Tables and floor are dirty full of paper and left over food. No place to sit down because of the dirty chairs

The rest you know , everywhere the same. Please manager can you write menú in English ?.
