★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had very bad experiences at Muenchen Hbf Starbucks Coffee Shop . I wanted to see the difference so I drank a Java Chip Frapuccino, and I had a cheesecake. ANNA , the waitress was nice, fast and helpful. The internet was Ok, and the toilet was clean. . Thank you June 30 . 10 a.m. at Budapest Keleti Railway Station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have good stuff and the baristas are nice but the manager or one of the main guys here was pretty rude and after I bought something here told me I had to get something to stay here. I attached a picture of the guy. He is the one on the phone on the left. Just a straight up female dog.

Can be busy when past approaching schedule of train of tourist going out of Budapest to other countries like Vienna etc. Staff are friendly specially the young women serving. Nice small shop with second floor. One of the decent shop near the train station. Thanks for the nice toffee nut coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Close to the train station. Plenty of seating and friendly and helpful staff. They speak English. Food was fresh and the coffee was delicious. Perfect spot to chill and have a coffee while waiting for your train, especially if it starts pouring with rain. ?

But it’s the essence of commercial food and why it’s namesake was famous for is now actually some of the worst coffee you can find on the street

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most horrible Starbucks I've ever visited:
1) personnel - very rude and unkind. When we just entered the café at 19 o'clock, and started making the order, the cashier girl, instead of greeting, rudely said to us "We are working until 20". why this information was brought to us, as it was the whole hour until closing? Also, the receipt was not given to us.
2) cleanliness - all tables were filled with used tissues, dirty dishes etc. and personnel was not even going to clean up the place. also, the restroom was awful - no toilet paper, the bunch of used paper and tissues on the floor, broken tap. eventually, we took our food surrounded by a table garbage.
3) as the receipt was not given to us by personnel, we couldn't get to the toilet, as it's locked by the code. I've asked barista girl about the code, and it turned out that it is incorrect.
4) tasteless coffee with a huge amount of ice.
