Kedvesen próbáltam telefonon érdeklődni hogy meddig tudom a csomagomat átvenni, más esetben ugyanis az e-mailbe meg van jelölve hogy mely napon hány óráig tudom átvenni. Most azonban az úriember udvariatlan stílusban közölte hogy nem tud ebben segíteni, és amúgy is várnak rá. Kedves Uram! Én a vevő vagyok aki oda kérte a csomagját és menne érte, a kedves vásárló is tud 1,5 percet várni, vagy pedig mondhatta volna hogy telefonáljak később és megnézi. Amennyiben ez csak ilyen stílusba megy, úgy felesleges a GLS felé vállalni hogy csomagpont legyenek. Szörnyű ez a hozzáállás. GLS Packaging Point.
