Ich war etwas zögerlich, da sehr viele Angebote (nicht seriös, negative Erfahrung gehabt!) von diesem exklusiven und hochgelobtem Wagyu im Internet kursieren. Trotz dieser negativen Erlebnisse und des nicht übermäßig hohen Preises Deiner Ware, habe ich den Versuch gewagt bei Dir zu bestellen. Ich kann nun folgendes dazu bemerken: 1.) Web Seite, einfach, verständlich und informativ! 2.) Die Bestellabwicklung im Internet problemlos! 3.) Service absolut Exzellent: Anruf meinerseits wegen Fragen über die Haltung der Wagyu wurde sofort und kompetent beantwortet. Die Frage nach dem "Cut's" und dem Möglichkeiten der Zubereitung wurde fachgerecht beantwortet und ich konnte einige neue Erkenntnisse dabei gewinnen. Ich habe in diesem Telefonat richtig gespürt, dass das Leben für Alex den "Fleisch Sommelier", mit den Wagyu's wirklich eine Passion ist. 4.) Die Lieferung und die Verpackung war einfach vorbildlich! Was die Verpackung betraf war ich echt überrascht. die Tiefkühlware kam in einem Karton mit Isolation aus Stroh! Dabei war die Kühlung absolut OK! Diese Verpackungsart ist ja jederzeit überall zu Recycling (oder verbrennbar), einmalig! 5.) Was das Fleisch betrifft kann ich nur eines sagen; absolute Spitzenklasse! nur Empfehlenswert! es gibt auf Grund meiner Erfahrungen kaum jemand in Europa der so eine Qualität an Wagyu-Meat und Service anbieten kann! Ich werde wieder meine Bestellungen bei Ihm tätigen und viele Varianten seine Cut's probieren. I was really surprised by the packaging. the frozen goods came in a cardboard box with straw insulation! The cooling was absolutely OK! This type of packaging can be recycled (or combustible) anytime, anywhere, unique! 5.) As for the meat, I can only say one thing; absolute top class! only recommended! Based on my experience, there is hardly anyone in Europe who can offer such quality Wagyu meat and service! I will place my orders with him again and try many variations of his cut's.
