Minden meglepődés nélkül elmondta a beavatkozás folyamatát, majd elkezdte a kezelést. Annak ellenére, hogy magas fájdalommal járó beavatkozásra készültem fel lelkiekben, még az érzéstelenítést sem éreztem, és ami fontos, hogy nem kétnapig tartó, arcbénulásban végződött az érzéstelenítése, hanem csak műtéti tájék zsibbadt. Kolléganőjének nem erőszakos fejfogása, hanem megnyugtató rögzítése egyenesen biztonságot adott. A beavatkozás után hellyel kínált a váróban és 5 percenként rámnézett.
