Ez nagyon szubjektív dolog, viszont a tulajdonosoknak fontos a minőség és a hírnév. Meg tudtuk beszélni, mi lehetett a problémám.
We weren't careful, we bought wine as a gift, I didn't like the wine.
This is a very subjective thing, but for the owners quality and reputation are important. We were able to discuss what my problem was.
