Egy kabátot szerettem volna visszavinni, amit idén februárban vásároltam. Megszakadt a belső bélése. Egy hónapot hordtam februártól, majd a nyárra eltettem a szekrénybe. Most szeptemberben mikor ismét szükségem lett volna rá, észrevettem, hogy bomlik a bélése. Visszamentem az üzletbe, ahol nagy nehezen, miután szóltam a kasszának és a bejáratnak háttal matató dolgozónak, aki azt sem látta, hogy bejöttem, (később kiderült, hogy ő az üzletvezető, amit a viselkedése miatt szinte el sem akartam hinni) közölték, hogy egy hónappal kicsúsztam a garanciából (fél évet adnak a termékekre). Kértem, hogy próbáljon meg ettől eltekinteni, segíteni valahogyan, mert egy hónapot tudtam hordani a kabátot, amit 20 000 forintért vásároltam. Annyit tudott mondani, hogy vigyem el bevizsgáltatni. Mivel ebben nem vagyok túl jártas, kértem segítsen hova vihetném. Közölte ezt nem tudja, nem az ő dolga, nem tud segíteni. Nulla vevőközpontúság, a segítőkészség halvány jeleit sem mutatta a vezető, meg sem próbálta a megoldást keresni vagy legalább úgy tenni. Elkeserítő... Sokat elárul a csapatról, ha valahol ilyen stílusú az üzletvezető…. Többet nem fordulok hozzájuk. It’s a terribly condescending “store manager” who answered an alpine-style question about my returns. It reveals a lot about the team if somewhere in this style the store manager…. I won't turn to them anymore.
