T	Tamás Tóth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bementem, azzal a problémával, hogy a focusom távirányítója egyik napról a másikra elromlott és nem nyit/zár semmit. Gyakorlatilag kidobtak, hogy ilyenre nem érnek rá és nem foglalkoznak vele. Márkaszervíz!!! Gyorsan lefirkantott egy telefonszámot, hogy ők folalkoznak távirányítók javításával aztán mikor felhívtam őket, kiderült, hogy csak egy sima autósbolt, nem foglalkoznak javítással. Még aznap ismerettség révén, telefonon beszéltem az egyik szerelőjükkel, aki adott egy tanácsot, mit próbáljak ki, mert valószínüleg a távirányító felejtette el a programot. Megcsináltam itthon és már jó is lett. Nem ezt váránám egy márkaszervíztől! Sajnos 0 csillaggal nem lehet értékelést küldeni, csak ezért 1. He quickly picked up a phone number that they were dealing with repairing the remote controls, and when I called them, it turned out to be just a plain car shop, not dealing with repairs. That same day, through familiarity, I talked on the phone with one of their mechanics, who gave me advice on what to try, because the remote might have forgotten the program. I did it at home and it was good already. That's not what I would expect from a dealership! Unfortunately, you cannot submit a rating with 0 stars, so only 1.

D	Dániel Vidó on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Örök problémám a céggel, hogy mindig tele vannak munkával, az autó pedig sose 2 hét múlva találja ki, hogy baja van... Ez kapacitásukat tekintve inkább azt mutatja, valamit (?) jól csinálnak. Ezen kívül viszont csak a legjobbakat tapasztaltam eddig: kedves kiszolgálás, segítőkészség, hozzáértés, hasznos tippek, tanácsok. Látszik, hogy nem addig tart az autó iránti érdeklődés, míg a 8 órás kötelező van. Utóbbi év szervizes pokoljárása után felemelő volt úgy távozni, hogy profi munkáért szívesen fizettem (ráadásul nem elszállt árat), és nem azon pörögnek a gondolataim, az adott részegység javítása közben már megint mit vágtak tönkre az autón... Összegezve: csak így tovább! :) I have a constant problem with the company that they are always full of work, and the car never realizes it is in 2 weeks ... It seems to be doing something (?) Mivel a munka nyilván nehéz lett volna. Szóval köszönöm szépen. Drága tárolás volt. Inkább nem ajánlanám eme szakműhelyt. Because the work would obviously have been difficult. So thank you very much. It was expensive storage. I would rather not recommend this workshop.

Kifogástalanul végzik az autóm szervizelését!Én Toldi Balázs úrnál szoktam egyeztetni,mindenről tájékoztat ahánlatot készít! Csak ajánlani tudom.Csak így tovább és köszönöm az eddigi munkájukat!!! L	László Szendrei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Munkafelvételkor a szervízvezető közölte, hogy a 2.hét végén tudnak vele foglalkozni, mert szabin van a szerelő. A 2.hét végén érdeklődtem, hogy mizu, erre azt mondják, hogy a szerviz vezető nem adott át információt. Rá egy hétre ismét telefonáltam, erre mondják, hogy aku foglalkozott vele szabin van. Majd bementem személyesen és a fiatalabbik szerviz vezető srác azt se tudta, hogy bent van az autó. Következő héten tudtam beszélni a szerelővel, aki foglalkozott az autóval, ekkor mondja, hogy ő már 2 hete szólt a szerviz vezetőnek, hogy mi van az autóval. Egyébként egész idő alatt, amíg telefonon érdeklődtem, az infó pultos hölggyel tartottam a kapcsolatot. Előtte le a kalappal, meg a szerelő is segítőkész volt. At the end of the 2nd week I inquired that mizu, for this they say that the service manager did not pass any information. I called him again for a week, they say that aku dealt with him sabin there. Then I went in person and the younger service manager didn’t even know the car was inside. The next week I was able to talk to the mechanic who dealt with the car, then he says he had been telling the service manager for 2 weeks what was going on with the car. Anyway, the whole time I was on the phone, I kept in touch with the lady at the info desk. In front of him, the hat and the mechanic were helpful.
