Telefonon érdeklődtem a tápszűrő tudásáról. És lemezjátszókkal kapcsolatban is váltottunk néhány szót. Kb.egy 20 percet beszélgettem egy készséges és segítőkész kapcsolattartóval. Megrendelés után hamar jöttek a visszaigazoló emailek . Ígéretük szerint feladták és pontosan érkezett a csomag. A termék lenyűgöző megjelenésű; a tudását most tesztelem.Nagyon megérte!:)....úgy néz ki.

Továbbra is profi, őszinte válasz a kérdésekre, korrekt kiszolgálás. Nekem kifejezetten pozitív élmény, hogy nem akarnak rábeszélni valamire csak azért, hogy eladják nekem. Garancián túli szervízben is segítőkészek, gyorsak voltak. Köszönet Streamaudio, csak így tovább!
I first bought it from Streamaudio 7 years ago, and since then I have bought from them a few more times. Last a few days ago with an acquaintance of mine. Remains a professional, honest answer to questions, fair service. It’s a particularly positive experience for me that they don’t want to persuade me to just sell them to me. They were helpful and fast even in out-of-warranty service. Thanks Streamaudio, just keep going!

Az igények elmondása után mindig kaptam tanácsot a rendszerem fejlesztésére, a megfelelő termékekre, majd ezeket megvásárolva és használva teljesen elégedett is voltam a kapott hangzással. Ez még abban az esetben is igaz volt amikor valamire nem szerettem volna sokat költeni és egy olcsóbb megoldást választottam. Úgy érzem nagy szakmai tapasztalattal bírnak minden általuk forgalmazott termékkel kapcsolatban, így a bizonytalan vásárlók számára is olyan segítséget adnak amit a vásárlás után sem fognak megbánni.
I have bought it in the store several times already and I listen to the recommended products with great satisfaction every day. After saying the needs, I always got advice on how to improve my system, the right products, and then I was completely satisfied with the sound I received when I bought and used them. This was true even when I didn’t want to spend much on something and chose a cheaper solution. I feel like they have a lot of professional experience with all the products they sell, so they give insecure customers some help that they won’t regret after the purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rendeltem 2 db Dynavox 207528 aranyozott banándugó szettet. (2x4db). Nem a bolt tehet róla , de a 8 csatlakozóból kettő hibás volt. Szerencsére személyes átvételt választottam, így helyben ellenőriztem, és volt még egy szett készleten, így abból ki tudtuk cserélni a hibás darabokat, az eladó azonnal segített.
I ordered 2 sets of Dynavox 207528 gilded banana plugs. (2x4pcs). Not the store can do about it, but two of the 8 connectors were faulty. Luckily I chose a personal pick-up so I checked on the spot and there was another set in stock so we could replace the faulty pieces, the seller helped me right away.
