★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le studio est certes bien situé à proximité des plusieurs arrêts de tram ce qui est fort pratique. MAIS, très très très mal insonorisé voire pas du tout. L immeuble est ancien sans double vitrage et situé à côté d'une rue fort passante. ET un bar est en bas de l immeuble. La nuit c est juste horrible. La musique à fond et la circulation... impossible de dormir avant la fermeture du bar même avec des boules quies. On croirait que le lit est au milieu du bar tellement le son est fort. Et le voisin qui commence ses travaux à 7h du matin.... si vous voulez passer des nuits blanches allez y sinon logez vous ailleurs. Et petit point négatif pour la propreté : le ménage c'est aussi faire les poussières....
The studio is certainly well located near several tram stops which is very convenient. BUT, very very very badly soundproof or not at all. The building is old without double glazing and located next to a busy street. AND a bar is at the bottom of the building. The night is just horrible. The music and traffic ... impossible to sleep before closing the bar even with earplugs. You'd think the bed is in the middle of the bar so the sound is loud. And the neighbor who starts his work at 7am .... if you want to spend sleepless nights go there otherwise stay elsewhere. And a small negative point for cleanliness: cleaning is also dust ...
