★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Javasolt a terméket a helyszínen kibontani, tételesen átnézni, mert a mienken törött volt egy becsomagolva nem látható rész és arra való hivatkozással, hogy a számlára rányomtatják, hogy sérülésmentesen vettem át, nem akarták kicserélni. A csere végül megtörtént, főnökkel történt dolgozói egyeztetést követően - miután kértem a panaszkönyvet/amit amúgy nem kaptam meg - de nevetséges volt az egész, abszolút nem elvárható, hogy átvételkor kicsomagold elemeire a terméket, hogy van e kívülről nem látható baja. Ja, és még pár órán belül visszavittem és látszott, hogy nem is volt összerakva. A számlát meg aláíratják mielőtt a raktáros kiadja a terméket. Szóval csak körültekintően!

The replacement was finally done, after consulting with the boss - after I asked for the complaint book / which I didn't get anyway - but the whole thing was ridiculous, it is absolutely not expected that you unpack the product on receipt that there is this invisible problem. Oh, and I took it back in a few hours and it looked like it wasn't even put together. The invoice is signed before the warehousekeeper releases the product. So just be careful!
