40 emberre van 2 nővér. Van aki közülük kedves. Van aki akkor kedves amikor mi ott vagyunk. Van akinek pedig semmi keresnivalója nem lenne emberek közelében. Összességében a nővérek agyon hajszoltak és az ebből eredő fuzstrációjukat a betegeken töltik ki, akik pedig erről mit sem tehetnek. Ahelyett, hogy a vezetőség, a minisztérium, netán a mindenkori kormány felé hallatnák a hangjukat.
Egy konkrét eset szemléltetésként. Anyukám betegség miatt legyengülten, de gyógyulóban került az intézménybe, szellemileg teljesen frissen és rendben, csak fizikailag gyengén. Viszont egyelőre ágyhoz kötötten - ami azt is jelenti, hogy pelusba kell a kis és nagy dolgokat is végeznie most még. Este fél 11-kor nagy dolog történt a pelusba. Jelzett, segítséget kérve. Nem történt semmi. Jelzett újra, ismét semmi. Kiabaált, hátha azt meghallják. Semmi. Az éjszaka során zokogva kiabált, segítséget kérve. Senki nem ment segíteni. Végül 5 órával később, reggel fél4-kor mentek, mert akkor van a rutin szerű pelenka csere. Ha fulladási roham vagy rosszzullét lett volna az oka a jelzésnek - ezt nem tudhatták mivel rá se néztek - akkor reggelre meghalt volna.
