Az épület egyik felében van a COOP Park Áruház, amásik felében étterem kerthelyiséggel. A boltban bőséges az áruválaszték, italok, üdítők, ásványvizek, friss felvágottak, pékáruk. Még húsbolt is van az üzleten belül tőkehússal, feldolgozott húskészítményekkel. Igazi ABC áruház. MPL csomagküldő kiadó hely is van a boltban. Könnyen megközelíthető, ingyenes parkoló van.
