If you don't want to wait in the queue, you should aim to get there earlier (~11.30), but since the service works at a decent speed, you should be getting your meal in 10-15 mins. Most people order it to takeaway, so usually you can find a place to sit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The short, red-haired lady behind the counter has no manners, she kept making faces and was visibly frustrated only by my presence, she shouldn't be NEAR a diner let alone WORK in one.
As for the food the pasta was okay but the chicken was extremly dry maybe days old.
