A weboldalon 50 percet, a Netpincéren 60 percet ír (igaz, a rendelés véglegesítése után már 80 percről kaptuk a tájékoztatást). Kétszer is hívtuk őket, természetesen nem tudnak mit mondani, sok a rendelés. A minimum az lenne, hogy akkor felhívják az ügyfelet, bocs, késni fogunk, megfelel így, vagy valami? A második hívásnál már lemondtuk. Persze ez után azonnal vissza tudtak hívni, hogy most akkor kérjük-e vagy mi legyen, mert a közelben vannak. A legnagyobb problémája az volt az ügyintézőnek, hogy nem 2 és fél órája rendeltük, csak 2 és negyed! Valóban jelentős különbség! Viszont az elnézést kérek már nem szaladt ki a száján. Örülünk annak, ha sok munkájuk van, de a minimum az lenne, hogy legalább értesítsék az embert, vagy ne vállaljanak erőn felül rendeléseket. Lunch supplier on the shores of Lake Balaton ??? A joke! A 32-es pizza maximum 25 cm-es, a 2 fős bőségtálban a cordon bleu mérete megközelítette a 2x3 cm-es méretet, a jalapenho-s sajtgolyóknál az étlapon jelzett 10 db helyett 5 db-ot sikerült kiszállítani... amikor telefonon jeleztem az aggályaimat, akkor a hölgy azt mondta, hogy mivel interneten rendeltünk ezért nem tudtak tájékoztatni minket, illetve súlyát tekintve ugyanannyit kaptunk. (Ennek ellenére a netpincéren és a blokkon is fel volt tüntetve a telefonszámunk...) Amikor jeleztem, hogy az étlapon a paprikához nem súly van feltüntetve hanem darabszám, és így nem érzem igazságosnak, hogy fele annyit kaptam, akkor válaszul azt mondta a kolléganő, -aki egyébként nem óhajtott bemutatkozni-, hogy írjak panaszt, majd rám tette a telefont. Ha nem ezt a hozáállást tanúsítja, akkor ez a komment se született volna meg... The ordered food arrived more than half an hour later than the returned delivery.
