Anno aranykártyánk is volt náluk (semmire sem használtuk végül, amire kellett, arra meg nem fedezett, de az egy másik történet), de most a 0-24 gyermekorvos elérhetőségének a számát hívtam reggel, ami a weblapon is elérhető. Aki felvette azt mondta, hogy nem azt a számot kell hívni, hanem a vezetékes számot. Ott azt mondták, hogy ezt tévesen mondta az orvos. Totál zűrzavar... végülis a vezetékes vonalon meg lett beszélve a mai napra 19 órára, hogy kijön az orvos. Nem kevés pénzért, 28.000,-Ft-ért. Azért volt erre szükség, mert a mi körzeti orvosunk a hét elején szabin van és gyors segítségre lett volna szükség. 19:20-kor hívom a mobilt, senki nem veszi fel. Vezetékest hívom, 7 perc után azzal az ügyintézővel beszélek, akivel reggel. Már mást mond... hogy ő azt mondta, hogy 7 körül jön a doki. Már 19:35, sehol senki... mondtam is, hogy már akkor ne is jöjjenek, fektetnem kell a gyermekem. Ennyi pénzért az ember MINIMUM azt várná, hogy időben érkezzen az orvos. We also had Anno's gold card (we didn't use it in the end for anything we needed, it wasn't covered, but that's another story), but now I called the 0-24 pediatrician contact number this morning, which is also available on the website. Whoever picked it up said that it's not the number that should be called, but the landline number. There they were told that the doctor said it wrong. Total confusion ... after all, on the landline, it was said today by 7pm that the doctor would come out. Not a little money, 28,000 HUF. This was because our district doctor is in sabin early this week and needed quick help. I call the cell at 19:20, nobody answers. I call the wireman, after 7 minutes I talk to the clerk with whom I am in the morning. He says something else ... that he said the doc was coming around 7. Already at 19:35, no one else ... I told them not to come, I have to put my child down. For all that money, one would expect MINIMUM to arrive on time to the doctor.
K	K K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fejlődés neurológiai vizsgálatra mentünk, amiből inkább dietetikai tanácsadás lett (miért olyan tápszert kap, amilyet, szerinte nem azt kéne). A cirka 30 perces vizsgálati időből jó, ha 5 perc volt a valódi, orvos általi vizsgálás, abban sem volt semmi olyan, amit más (konduktor, gyerekorvos) eddig ne csinált volna meg. Az már csak hab volt a tortán, hogy az amúgy mindenkire mosolygós, barátkozós gyerek végig üvöltött minden másodpercet, amit nem az én kezemben töltött, amit nem csodálok, mivel egy fél mosolyt sem sikerült megeresztenie a doktornőnek. Összességében senkinek nem ajánlanám, még TB-re is elégedetlen volnék, ennyi pénzért meg pláne. Olyan türelmesen és alaposan vizsgált ki, valamint magyarázott el mindent, ami ritkaság. Az biztos, hogy egyet sikerült elintéznie: többé sose keressük fel az intézményt és ismerőseinknek se fogjuk ajánlani. Feleségem megpróbálta megkérdezni hogy jó ajtó előtt várakozik-e, de végig sem hagyta mondani a kérdését doktornő, utalva arra ne türelmetlenkedjen és nem is válaszolt érdemben. Az orvos panaszkodott hogy milyen sok dolga van, mennyire elege van hogy időpontokat osztanak miközben nem is tudnak időpontra érkező beteget fogadni. Remélem nem kell ide jönnöm többet. A választott orvosunk tudása,a nyugodt és lelkiismeretes hozzáállás megnyugtató, nemcsak nekünk,de a kis Gollamunk is jóval megengedőbb lett a kedves dokinéninknek, mint a kevésbé gyermekbarát ,sajnos tudom,hogy alulfizetett állami intézményben dolgozó megkeseredett Heim Pálos dr.nőnek.. Arra minden esetben figyeljetek,hogy a kontroll vizsgálat díja 3 hónapon belül 12.500 Ft ,de ha csak két nappal is később mentek máris vastagabban fog a cerka és szemrebbenés nélkül elkérnek 17.500. ft.-ot. Nem is a különböző díjazást tartom problémásnak, de azt,hogy ezt elfelejtik előre közölni,az minimum lehúzás szagú.. Szóval szakmailag öt csillag,de ez a fokú pénzéhség kritikán aluli!?
