★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Székhelyi utasítás ellenére sem hajlandóak kicserélni a szíját az GARANCIÁS órának, aminek a hosszát rosszul tüntette fel a Webshop. Pedig a Swarovski anyavállalata 100%-osan megtérítené a Franchise boltnak a költségeit az órával kapcsolatban.
Despite headquarters instructions, they are not willing to change the strap of the WARRANTY watch, the length of which was incorrectly indicated by the Webshop. Yet Swarovski’s parent company would reimburse the Franchise store 100% of the cost of the watch.
