★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon szeretem a Heltai téri üzletet, mindig nagyon kedvesek az eladók, elmondják, mitől finom pl. a magvas tallér, és eddig minden süti és pogácsaféle mennyei volt. Vesznek fel előre tortarendelést is akár telefonon is. OTP Szép kártyát fogadnak csak el.
 I really like the shop in Heltai Square, the sellers are always very nice, they tell me what makes it delicious e.g. the seed threshed, and so far all the cookies and cakes were heavenly. They can also pre-order a cake even by phone. OTP Nice card only accepted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kellemes hely, nagy választék, finom a fagyi, van koffeinmentes kv is, a sütik nem mindegyike finom, de ez lehet csak ízlés kérdése.
Pleasant place, great selection, delicious ice cream, there are decaffeinated kv as well, cookies are not all delicious, but it can only be a matter of taste.

A very small right corner with a large selection of divine sweet and savory delicacies as well as pastries. Kind, courteous, attentive service. The design is comfortable, the prices are good. You can order coffee with lactose-free milk. Good location, good location.

Ice cream was fresh, creamy, and flavourful. 250 HUF per scoop, totally worth it: portions are generous and peculiar flavours with chocolate, caramel and nuts are available. Then there are cakes slices, biscuits, salty snacks with various fillings and pogacsa (scones). The ham puffed pastries were really rich and tasty. Staff was nice and caring, and spoke English enough to advise me that a salty pastry would have been hot and spicy, so I could avoid and go for something more to my taste. Thanks! I saw a coffee machine as well, although I didn't try their coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a non-fluent Hungarian speaker, when I tried to make my order in Hungarian (as I live in the area and know that nearly no one speaks English here) I found the staff to be very rude to me. The lady assessed me in an informal way and asked me “look, if you don’t explain to me what you want how am I supposed to know?”. I also heard her making a comment about me to her colleague as I left.
