★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TLDR; nem tudtak teljes körű megoldást adni a problémámra a pénzemért cserébe sem, a problémakezelésük pedig botrányos, így sajnos dupla árat fizettem a problémámra. Aki nem szeretne duplán fizetni, az ne keresse őket!
Abszolút nem felszerelt rendelők, a customer service és a probléma megoldás még gyengébb. Röviden a történet: szemészeti vizsgálatra fizettem be, ahol a doktornő 90% eséllyel tudta megmondani a problémám okát, a további vizsgálatokhoz egy olyan eszköz kellett volna, ami nem áll rendelkezésükre, az eszköz árára hivatkozva. Az állami intézményekben természetesen a várólista végtelen hosszú, ezért is fizettem a magán szolgáltatásért, sajnos hiába. Más magán intézmények el tudják végezni a javasolt vizsgálatot. Felvettem a kapcsolatot az ügyfélszolgálattal megoldást javasolva, amire hosszú idő után egy egyszerű nem válasz érkezett. Ez nem problémakezelés. Aki teljeskörű vizsgálatot szeretne, annak javaslom másik magán intézmény felkérését!
 TLDR; they couldn’t give a complete solution to the problem in exchange for my money either, and their problem handling is scandalous, so unfortunately I paid double the price for the problem. If you don't want to pay double, don't look for them!
Absolutely not equipped surgeries, customer service and problem solving is even weaker. In short, I paid for an ophthalmic examination, where the doctor was able to tell the cause of the problem with a 90% chance, further examinations would have required a tool that was not available to them, citing the price of the tool. In public institutions, of course, the waiting list is infinitely long, which is why I paid for the private service, unfortunately in vain. Other private institutions may carry out the proposed investigation. I contacted customer service to suggest a solution, to which I received a simple no response after a long time. This is not a problem. For those who want a full investigation, I suggest asking another private institution!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So my second time here and they have managed to screw up my entire schedule. While I have arrived as requsted on time empty tomy etc. They have forgot about me while I was sitting front of the reception. After my apointment time passed by 30 minutes asked the receptioist do I have to wait much longer. Well that was when I got my cold shower that unfortunatley they havent seen my name popping up on the screen and the next patient is already here so why dont I come back on an other they or wait an other two hours.
Well here is a secret my schedule is based around my needs and not Swiss PE.
Poor service didn't see any effort to solve the issue.
Wonder what would they say if I would bill my day?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessuonal costum service at the reception. I was need to rescedule my appiontment because if them. I will never van-e this place also will not recomend it to anybody else. You are expecting more for your money and there are much better clinics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been here for a second time, three appointments together. I can only recommend this place. It is a very modern and nice looking office, you’ll definitely feel comfortable. Everyone is very friendly, from the assistant at the front desk, to the doctors. They all speak English too, which is a huge plus for a foreigner. I’ll sure be coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this clinic many times, consequently I was a returning client, the ignorance and general indifference that the girl at the reception has and, above all the administration shows how much the employees do not care about returning a customer. I will never go back again, and neither will all the people I had recommended the clinic to. The proof of this is that despite the bad reviews, the administration, by not responding, proves that they do not even look at them. Good luck
