Jó modor: elégtelen. Ők maguk pedig elérhetetlenek a nap minden órájában! Gratulálok Syn Lab! Csak így tovább! There is still a long way to go for this private institution to reach at least the intermediate level. Communication is insufficient, availability, flexibility is insufficient. A honlapon egymás alatt a két egymásnak ellentmondó infó: 1) aktuálisan időpontfoglalás szükséges, 2) időpontfoglalás csak nagyobb csoport esetén szükséges. Lehet, hogy jó labor, de így teljesen kizárt, hogy újra keresném, esetleg másnak ajánlanám őket. They are unavailable. The landline phone is busy, it is pushed out, the cell phone rings until the mailbox arrives. Online appointment booking does not work. On the website, the two conflicting pieces of information are: 1) an appointment is required, 2) an appointment is only required for a larger group. It may be a good lab, but that way it’s completely out of the question for me to look again, or maybe recommend them to someone else.

Erre ő: ha nehézséget okoz az e- mail, akkor személyesen menjek oda időpontot kérni. Hogy miiiiivaaannn??? Ha nincs mail címem, akkor egy vérvétel miatt ,menjek oda háromszor????? Ha telefonon nem is lehet elérni őket egyből, e-mailre nagyon hamar (1-2órán belül reagálnak). Jó tudni, hogy van egy ilyen hely ahol számíthatunk a vizsgálatok gördülékeny intézésére és még kedvesek, türelmesek is. My husband and I have been here several times. They are always very helpful, kind, they try to help in cases that I don't think would necessarily belong to their "work". Even if you can’t reach them right away by phone, email them very quickly (they respond within 1-2 hours). It is good to know that there is such a place where we can count on the smooth conduct of examinations and they are even kind and patient.

A	A анонимный on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't get the negative reviews. Was there for a simple checkup for the very first time in my life. Every employee was kind and helpful. They described me the whole process, helped me along the way. The wait time was also minimal, I had to wait like 30 minutes tops which is practically nothing. Only thing I would "complain" about is that it's super hard to find. There is like a courtyard (see the very first picture of this place), where you must go in, and that's where you find SynLab. You can go there with a car, but parking space in this courtyard is scarce. I'd recommend using the nearby Leier City Center Garage, it's like 5 minutes off. That place is also kind of a hell of it's own. But that's a story for an other day.
