E	Edit on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Magánfinanszírozott vizsgálatra mentem (Covid ellenanyagszint mérés - 19.kerület). Körülbelül 5 percet vártam a soromra és 5 perc alatt végeztem. Az ápolónők kedvesek és gyorsak, ilyen kellemes légkört még nem tapasztaltam kórházban. Flottul ment minden, számomra megdöbbentő a sok negatív vélemény! I went for a privately funded test (Covid antibody level measurement - District 19). I waited for my turn for about 5 minutes and finished in 5 minutes. The nurses are kind and fast, I have never experienced such a pleasant atmosphere in a hospital. Everything went into the fleet, I am shocked by the many negative opinions!
J	Judit Győrfi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ha lehetne mínuszos csillagot adni, azt adnék. Hívtam a központot, mivel a budaörsi rendelő nem vette fel, kértem időpontot a gyerekeimnek. A központos hölgy kimondottan kedves és segítőkész volt. Pár nap múlva, a megbeszélt időpontban oda is mentünk. Kiderült, hogy nincs időpont foglalva, a stílust, ami ott fogadott, nem is minősítem, azt mondták, miért a központi számot hívtam, nem azt kell. A honlapon szerepelt lehetőségként a központi szám időpont egyeztetésre, egyébként pedig Budaörs nem vette fel, tehát nem is lett volna más lehetőség. Nagy nehezen bekerült a vizsgálatra az aminek be kellett, de látszott a hölgyön, hogy halvány fogalma nincs a bal kezének arról, hogy mit csinál a jobb. Közölték, 1-2 nap múlva lesz eredmény. Ez két hete volt, mondanom sem kell, eredmény sehol, a "szolgáltatást" természetesen kifizettem. Pár napig próbáltam őket elérni, természetesen nem vették fel. Úgyhogy hívtam megint a központot, ahol kiderült, hogy elírták az e-mail címemet, de ígéretet kaptam arra, hogy küldik minél előbb... Azóta sem jött. Soha többet ezt a céget! Azt hittem csak a budaörsi ekkora sz@r, de itt olvasva a véleményeket, az egész országban. Gratulálok!☝️ If I could give a minus star, I would give it. I called the center because the doctor's office in Budaörs didn't pick me up, I asked for a date for my children. The central lady was downright kind and helpful. In a few days, we went there at the agreed time. It turned out that no date was booked, I didn’t even rate the style that was received there, they said why I called the central number, I don’t have to. The central number was available as an option on the website for appointment, otherwise Budaörs did not add it, so there would have been no other option. It was very difficult for him to get into the examination, but it seemed to the lady that her left hand had no faint idea of what the right was doing. It is reported in 1-2 days there will be results. It's been two weeks, needless to say, results nowhere, I paid for the "service" of course. I tried to reach them for a few days, of course they didn’t pick me up. So I called the center again, where it turned out they had typed my email address, but I was promised to be sent as soon as possible ... It hasn't come since. Never again this company! I thought only this big filter in Budaörs, but here you can read the reviews, all over the country. Congratulations!

A	Anna Smoter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a file with results pretty fast, but the password for the file didn't match the one that I was given. I tried to contact Synlab a few times and wrote a complaint, but of course didn't get any answer.
E	EinRammstein1 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible company. They don't care about their customers at all, nor their time, money or whether their problem is sold at all. The information on their website conflicts with the information they give you in person, their call center gives information which also conflicts with information given by the staff at their office. Completely wasted my time for two days trying to get something from them, which the call center told me they offer and in person they told me they don't have it. Stay away.
G	Google User on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hopelessly incompetent. I had an appointment and showed up and they never told me it was an online appointment. I as then referred to someone else to process the test and she responded to my initial email but then completely ignored my next 7 emails. It's almost like they are doing everything humanly possible to not get my business.
