Megismétlődött az eset. Majd közölte elképesztően modortalan stílusban, hogy vegyünk naptárat, ne szórakozzunk vele, ő nem is adott ilyen időpontot, és felejtsük el az egész üzletet... Biztosan valós feltételezés, hogy szeretünk többször is 20 km-t utazni csak azért, hogy aztán megoldás nélkül hazaküldjenek azzal, hogy vegyünk naptárat. We made an appointment for a tire change. Nem ajánlom senkinek.Miután kicentírozta, nem csekkolta a súllyal. Kértük hogy ne légkulccsal csavarja be a csavarokat, nagyképűen megjegyezte ez egy drága műszer (gondolom "teszkóban" vásárolta ) tudja a dolgát, hát nem tudta, mert próbáltuk letekerni kézi erővel, nem sikerült.
