I booked an appointment for blonde balayage on my already blonde hair. Even with me having grown the rooths for about 10cm, the hairdresser Eva didn't manage to change the color. Ultimately my hair looks the same, the obly difference is that i payed for it to look the same. She told me that she can manage the achieve the tone i wanted , only kept the foil for like 15 minutes abd when i was getting my hair blowdried, i realized it was the same. Not worth ur time and they are certainly not at the height of quality and prestige they consider themselves to be. They only post the pictures of the clients that got a good result. Two stars because i was attended nicely by the reception, with a coffee abd they tried to talk as much as they could in English.

Don't want to cast a shadow on all the employees of the salon; however my recent encounter with one of them, namely Andrea, has resulted in a highly disappointing experience. She came across as very pushy, intimidating and opinionated for an average, one-trick-pony hairdresser and her my- way-or- highway attitude didn't help either. The haircut was diabolical making me look like a 60-year-old retired charwoman. When I tried to point out that the hair on the sides of my head was still irregular and asked to even it up , all I heard was, " Use some hair mousse then to keep it down!" So, a word of advice : think long and hard before making an appointment with Andrea. You don't really want to spend your money on unprofessional impertinent hairstilyst, do you?

Horribly disappointing Salon - ruined my wife’s hair. My wife went in for a routine hair straightening and cut, first and last time at this salon, as the result was a sad joke, the hair was not straightened and you could see wavy fuzzy steaks of hair on stepping out of the salon, within a week the hair looked like it had not been straightened. The hair cut too was a joke, though the stylist was listed as expert and billed accordingly, the cut was not acceptable, it was as if a trainee had trained on my wife’s hair, though we were billed a supposed experts rate. What worse, when we complained to the management on their designated customer compliant person and email the owner as well, not a single reply. It’s honestly the only hair salon I have ever seen with this type of behaviour at. I would warn you in the strongest terms against using them, as you cannot trust them to deliver a basic standard of professionalism or service and when things go wrong there is no one to sort out the mess they created.

I hate to give bad reviews but I have to. This son was such a let down because the people were nice, but they don’t know hair- I went in for an ombré / blended hair color that is a bit pink and light, and left the first time with dark purple hair- that was in parts almost to my scalp- I tried to live with it then asked them To fix it and they promised I would only pay a certain price for the fix (after charging me loads the first round) and while the color was closer to what I wanted (this time it was bright pink) the ombré was uneven, it was up to my scalp, not blended or subtle and my hair now is very damaged. And they over charged way more than the estimate. I really do not recommend going there for hair color

The haircut I got looks nothing like the picture I showed to the hairdresser. Now I look 70, and I have to live with this haircut until it grows out.

I recommend for everyone who wants a relaxing time, while his hair is taken care of professionals.

Extremely satisfied after visiting Szabo Imre Hair salon. Team of young employees is professional, naturally friendly, kind and have modern, creative and customer oriented approach. Thank you guys for your hospitality and attention during the whole process and for the great result at the end! The result is exactly what I wanted, and even exceeded my expectations. Also thankful to wonderful Administrator Elza for perfect organizing of processes in the salon! With big pleasure I will recommend Szabo Imre salon to my family and friends and will definitely come again.

Worst hairdressers ever. Phoned in advance to book with the owner/founder, apparently with over 30 years experience. Went in and showed a specific photo with a stylish medium short cut I wanted. The maestro was over 70, was not wearing any glasses even though he had clear eyesight issues. He kept chopping for a very long time until I ended up with a terrible 1 inch boys' cut which makes me look like a 5 year old child. Not even remotely similar to the photo I showed. Was so shocked I forgot to complain and paid the crazy amount of HUF 25,000. Have been trying to grow my hair for three weeks, just beginning to look vaguely OK now. Don't go there.
