It is catastrophic that it is not possible to reach the office by phone for prescribing a medication when there would be no need for a personal presence.

Megkérdezték mennyi idős, és közölték, hogy a gyerek fül orr gégészetet hívjam, kaptam egy másik számot. Azt is felhívtam és már másnapra volt időpont. El is mentünk, nehezen de az épületbe is bejutottunk. (értem én, covid) Felmentünk az emeletre, leültünk. Majdnem időben sorra is kerültünk de még előttünk bement 4 nyugdíjas!!!! (akkor mit bohóckodnak a gyerek - nem gyerek rendeléssel???) Na, de ami benn fogadott!!! Félig süket, mogorva doktornő, barátságtalan hozzáállással! Az egész viselkedéséből sütött az " ezek meg mi francért jöttek ide" Tőlem távolodva az orra alatt morogva megjegyzéseket tett, csak hát én nem vagyok süket, hallottam. Soha az életben be nem teszem még egyszer ide a lábamat, az tuti. I took the child for ENT. The date request was OK. We left, had a hard time getting into the building. (I understand, covid) We went upstairs, sat down. We were in line almost on time, but 4 retirees went in front of us !!!! (then what are you kidding the kid with - not a kid order ???) Well, but what was received inside !!! Semi-deaf, grim doctor, with an unfriendly attitude! From his whole demeanor, the "these and what French came here" shone from me, he grumbled under his breath and made remarks, but I'm not deaf, I heard. I’ll never put my foot in here again in my life, you know.
