Előleg utalása közben véletlenül derült ki, a tulajdonos nem az ajánlatban és a szállás.hu visszaigazolásában szereplő apartmant kívánja a jelzett árban kiadni. Igaz hétvégén történt, de miután jeleztem a "tévedést", valamint magyarul beszélő szálláshelyről volt szó megbeszéltük, még hétvégén kapok visszahívást. Nem így történt, fő probléma számomra, az ügyfelet nem tartják méltónak az ígért tájékoztatásra. Nekem a soha többé kategóriát jelentik későbbiekben.. I got the email confirming the reservation, and the contact details for the person in charge of the place. I called him to ask about parking and other things. He was driving so he said that he will be calling back, but that never happened. This was on january 24 2018. The next day i log in to see if there is something new, to find out that my reservation is gone, no phone, no email no nothing. So this shows how unprofessional this site is. If you want to travel, and have a place to stay when you get there i suggest to look some other way to book a place.
