Nice, clean tidy house and yard. With a small pool, seating area, well-equipped, nice hosts.

Really fantastic place. The design is practical and the rooms and bathrooms are spacious. The beds are very comfortable. Sophisticated design, we loved the pool separately! :-) But the sauna was also popular with our team, unfortunately we didn't try the tub, but the next time we come we will definitely make up! Thank you to the host.

We spent a few days in the ground floor apartment of the 2-storey guest house (3 bedrooms + living room-kitchen). What I liked: Excellent location, new condition building, spacious resp. rooms (rooms, common room, bathrooms), each room have its own bathroom. Comfortable beds, long blankets. The climate of the community space is good and quiet. Spacious garden with covered terrace tables. What should be improved: The windows cannot be opened (only one sash can be folded per room), there is no mosquito net, but air conditioning is only available in the common area. There is little storage space for clothes. The material of the bedding is uncomfortable synthetic fiber, there is only a (very) big pillow. The communal space is not really good atmosphere, there is little light, the unused large spaces are not well thought out, the dining table with awkwardness is uncomfortably narrow. There is no reading lamp in the bedrooms and the ceiling lights can only be switched on next to the door. There is a cold, punctate light source in every room. The cleanliness was generally okay, but the inside of the windows and the bottom of the chairs were watched for serious cobwebs, and the bathroom drawers also received dirt. Scarce toilet paper set (out of stock by the end of day 3), dishwashing liquid also. There is a dishwasher, but we did not get a tablet. There are no mugs, no toaster would hurt. There are no children's stuff (cot, high chair, small tub, etc.). The pool water is dirty, algae, too cold. Sunbeds would also come in handy. Most of the garden is covered with artificial grass, the remaining area is half a meter of weeds. (a lawn mower arrived during our stay, but did superficial work). The sound insulation is quite weak, the conversation from the upper apartment can be heard smoothly at night. Plus quite a few annoying little things (poorly fastened towel rail, perforated shower hose, etc.) Overall, it looks like a lot has been spent on the house recently, but the details and operation have not been thought through, so you can find better accommodations for the price. Most of the objections can be remedied with a little effort (+ attention), I hope they can be solved.
