Nem tudom, hogy mi lehet az oka a negatív véleményeknek, de az évek alatt én nagyon megszerettem az itt dolgozó hölgyeket. Mindig végtelenül kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak, soha egyetlen egyszer sem tapasztaltam negatívumot. Szerintem aki esetleg csalódott, adjon egy újabb esélyt a helynek. Igazság szerint, az a véleményem, hogy az emberek kevésbé osztják meg a pozitív élményeiket, pedig ebből is látszik, hogy fontos lenne. Inkább dícséret illeti a dolgozókat, minden téren. Meleg szívvel ajánlom a helyet! I have been buying here for over 2 years. I’ve never eaten bad before and the ice creams are also very delicious. I don’t know what could be the reason for the negative opinions, but over the years I’ve really fallen in love with the ladies working here. They were always infinitely kind and helpful, I never once experienced a negative. I think anyone who might be disappointed should give the place another chance. In truth, my opinion is that people are less likely to share their positive experiences, even though it shows that it would be important. Rather, praise is due to the workers, in all fields. I warmly recommend the place!

Zavaró, kellemetlen, mert nagyon vizes, a gyenge aromákat felhigítja. Az általam vásárolt marcipán torta és a túrosnak mondott áfonyás torta is ízetlen volt, a piskótája száraz, porlékony volt. Megkockáztatom, hogy legalább 2 naposak voltak, viszont az árak "gyönyörűek" voltak, az eget verik. Ez nem minőség!!!! A közzétételhez sajnos adnom kellett 1 csillagot, de csak azért!!!! Yesterday I bought some cookies that the family thought were delicious. The service was kind and smiling. But ...... The marzipan cake I bought and the blueberry cake called curd were also tasteless, the sponge cake was dry and fluffy. A	András Benedek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cukormentes és lisztmentes túrótorta teljesen ízetlen, jellegtelen. 2 falat után ott is hagytam. 1100 Ft-ért és a Szamos Cukrászdától többet vártam. The sugar-free and flour-free cheesecake is completely tasteless and uncharacteristic. I left it there after 2 bites. I expected more from 1100 HUF and more from Szamos Confectionery.

Az elsőtől se dobtak egy hatást,de a második az ízetlen, se mangot se maracuyat nem látott a sütemény. Amilyen szépen néznek ki és drágák, olyan borzasztó nagy csalódás evés közben....

I bought a takeaway it had cheap and bad tasting ingredients, I would want those in charge to change it, however I don't think they would listen. Margarine based dobos using walnut substitute, the caramel on top even felt like it had something in it besides sugar. Sacher cake and ishler both tasted like made with artificial flavoring and lecitine based brown stuff pretending to be chocolate. I will never ever buy anything from them again. I'm writing this from the toilet, as it made me sick, unfortunately we threw all of it out, so I can't press charges. I'm pretty sure, I will never buy anything from there ever again.
