★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egy Samsung hangprojektort rendeltem tőlük, ami kb. 1 év után hirtelen meghibásodott, a garanciajegyet pedig több, mint valószínű véletlenül kikukáztuk a dobozával.
Ennek ellenére segítettek a garanciális szervizeltetésben, ami nem volt kis feladat. Hetente kaptam telefonon egy tájékoztatást, hogy hogyan áll a dolog, mind ezt kedvesen, kedélyesen és becsületesen - emelem kalapom, ügyfélszolgálatból csillagos 5-ös!
Nyugodt szívvel ajánlom őket mindenkinek!
I ordered a Samsung sound projector from them, which is approx. After 1 year, it suddenly failed and the warranty card was more than likely accidentally dumped with its box.
Nevertheless, they helped with warranty service, which was no small task. Every week I got a phone call for information on how things are, all of this kindly, cheerfully and honestly - I raise my hat, customer service star 5!
I recommend them to everyone with a calm heart!
