All the kids in the company like horse riding so we scheduled a session with Szárnyaló a few weeks earlier. When we arrived at the stable an unfriendly trainer told us that she had no information about our 4 kids and "she reserves the right to change the schedule". Everyone can make mistakes - it is ok, but because of her arrogance and pompous she was, we never come back here and I don’t recommend it to anyone! Négy család az ország különböző részéből jött össze egy baráti hétvégére. Mivel mindegyik gyerek szeret lovagolni, hetekkel korábban egyeztettünk időpontot a Szárnyalóval. Négyszer fél órát, majd másnap plusz még egy órát. Érkezésünkkor a tréner közölte, hogy az ő naptárában márpedig ilyen nincs - gyorsan leszögezem, hogy mindenki követhet el hibát, de a fellengzős és nagyképű modor, ahogy jelezte, hogy a "változtatás jogát fenntartja" arra buzdított minket, hogy azonnal távozzunk és soha többé a közelébe se menjünk. Four and a half hours, then the next day plus one more hour. When we arrived, the trainer said there was no such thing on his calendar - I will quickly point out that everyone can make a mistake, but the uplifting and arrogant manners, as indicated by the fact that he "reserves the right to change", prompted us to leave immediately and never again. let's not go near it. That's why I don't recommend it to anyone.
