Törölközőszárítós radiátort kerestünk és megkèrdeztük, hogy hol talàljuk a kiállított darabokat az emeleten van- e kiállítva vagy a földszinten, mert làttuk hogy lent 2 darab volt ès flegmàn visszaválaszolt hogy itt vannak de nem állíthatunk ki minden darabot! Igen ezt gondoltuk és nem is várjuk e! Ennek ellenére mèg érdeklődtünk, hogy van e króm színben radiátoruk amit megvehetnénk, erre azt válaszolta, hogy nincs csak fehèr. Mikor már távozni akartunk odalökte flegmán, hogy rendelésre van. Sajnos az elejétől fogva ezzel a flegma arrogáns stílussal kezelt minket, szomorú, hogy ilyen eladót alkalmaznak arra, hogy termékeket adjon el és még csak emberszámba se veszi a vásárlót! Ha lehetne 0 csillaggal értékelni azt adnám. A fentiekkel ellenben a debreceni bolt nagyon segítőkész volt és igyekeztek megoldást találni! Őket ajánlom! Ellenben a Debreceni üzletben!!!! nagyon segítőkészek voltak rendeltek mindent amit kellett pontosan időre! Sőt egy 5 éve kifutott csempét is tudtak még rendelni. Soha többé Nyíregyházi üzlet!!! Nagyon sok mindent szerettünk volna venni, mivel építkezünk, de így átmentünk máshová… kritikán aluli a “kiszolgálás”!! I do not recommend! Nem is értem, hogy alkalmazhatnak ilyen eladókat , (kiemelve Ildikót )aki(k)a vásárlók panaszát semmibe nezi(k)és meg hátat fordítanak. Nem ajanlom senkinek ezt a helyet. Elolegezni pláne ne elolegezzen senki mert azt viszont nem fogja látni az eletben . The way customers are treated is unacceptable. They are also unable to solve a problem with zero flexibility.
