★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Miért nem fűtenek? ha önöknek kellene 18 fokban dolgozni nem tudom mit szolnának hozzá, vagy otthon a lakásban ülni! Kifizetjük a drága fűtést, de szolgáltatást nem kapun érte!! Ráadásul Szegednek termálvize van ami nem igényli a fűtőházakat, tehát nem kell embereket foglalkoztatni, hogy melegítsék fel a vizet és ellenőrizzék a rendszert! Köszönettel: Kasza Ibolya
 Why aren't they heated? if you had to work 18 degrees I don't know what you would say to him or sit at home in the apartment! We pay for the expensive heating, but no service at the gate for it !! In addition, Szeged has thermal water that does not require heating houses, so there is no need to employ people to heat the water and check the system! Thanks to: Ibolya Kasza

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iszonyatosan magas a távfűtés és a melegvíz àra. Télen-nyáron 20 ezer Ft (40 fokban is) és még az éves elszámolo számla plusz több mint 30 ezer Ft!!!! A melegvíz pedig büdös!!! Ez egyszerűen felháborító! Arról nem beszélve, hogy nem is volt tél.. A lépcsőházban a fűtés be sem volt t kapcsolva mégis azt is ránk osztották.
The price of district heating and hot water is terribly high. In winter and summer 20 thousand HUF (also in 40 degrees) and even the annual settlement account plus more than 30 thousand HUF !!!! And the hot water stinks !!! This is simply outrageous! Not to mention that it wasn't winter. The heating in the stairwell wasn't even on, but it was also distributed to us.

The thermal wells are complete, but we don't pay anything less for hot water and heating !!

Polite service. The website did not indicate the need to wear the mask, but offered to give if not. Parking is free.
