I wasn‘t satisfied with the customer service, because I called them in front and also sent them an email with every information about the bikes we will need. We arrived and nothing was prepared, they just started to look for the bikes and to equippe them, so we lost a lot of time. The guy wasn‘t friendly at all. The bikes were okay, but partly not in good shape, the gear not working well..
