J	Judit Sárossy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kedves vendéglátók, tiszta szoba és fürdő. Minden kérésünket teljesítették, kérésünkre fél órával korábban kaphattunk egy nagyon finom reggelit. Kellemes helyen van, parkolni is lehet a környéken. Ha újra Miskolcon járunk, ide fogunk visszajönni. Dear hosts, clean room and bathroom. All our requests were met, we were able to get a very delicious breakfast half an hour earlier on our request. It is in a pleasant place, you can park in the area. If we go to Miskolc again, we will come back here.

Még kritikus helyzetben is megoldás orientáltak és a vendég érdekeit helyezik előnybe. Ezt megtapasztaltuk személyesen amikor külső tényezők hatására kénytelenek voltunk módosítani a foglalt időponton. A panzió elegánsan és stílusosan van berendezve, a szobák hangulatosak. Mi nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, legközelebb is ide jövünk. The staff is very kind, understanding and flexible, the atmosphere is really familiar. Even in a critical situation, they are solution-oriented and prioritize the interests of the guest. We experienced this personally when due to external factors, we were forced to adjust at the time booked. The guest house is elegantly and stylishly furnished, and the rooms are cozy. We had a great time, we'll be here next time.
C	Cecília Barlay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem volt wifi, a jelszava lejárt, nem volt pohár a szobában. Kényelmetlen és rövid a két összetolt ágy. Retro szaniterek, retro felszerelés. Az ár viszont magas. There was no wifi, your password had expired, there was no glass in the room. The two pushed-together beds are uncomfortable and short. Retro sanitary ware, retro equipment. The price, on the other hand, is high.
V	Veronika Dávid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fogalmazzunk úgy, hogy vendég-fogadásra képtelen a hely, azaz akivel a vendég találkozik.... unintelligens, rosszindulatú és rugalmatlan a tulaj/beosztott/bárki a pult mögött..... az ilyen ember inkább ne fogadjon szállóvendégeket. Maga a szoba elég lelakott, pókhálós, ütött-kopott volt. Let's put it this way, the place is incapable of receiving guests, ie who the guest meets .... the owner / subordinate / anyone behind the counter is unintelligent, malicious and inflexible ..... such a person would rather not receive hotel guests. The room itself was pretty inhabited, cobweby, battered.

F	Fernando Rios on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has good pictures but it is pretty bad service and very uncomfortable. Don't speak English, Really bad beds, they gave 2 beds instead of 1 as I asked. Wifi doesn't work on rooms. Pretty cold room.
L	Levente Koncz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are clean and well maintained. There is Wi-Fi, a fridge, AC and comfy beds (thin, relatively stiff mattress, which was OK for me) in the room. The bathroom is fine (could add some shower gel or toothpaste though). There is a beer garden next door. If you are unlucky, the beer garden will play music until 11 PM which can be bothering even through closed windows (which have pretty good sound insulation). The staff is super nice and helpful. As for parking, we parked on the street because it was free on the weekend (but only on the weekend). The local park, the bars, and nice narrow uphill streets (leading up to a lookout tower? Not sure) are all very close. It's excellent value for money.
