A rendelés leadáskor a futár (nem tudom, hogy a cég, vagy külső partner dolgozója) telefonon egyeztetett velem, de 1 hét elteltével sem érkezett meg a megbeszélt napon. A borászat felé jeleztem a problémát, de ők sem foglalkoztak a dologgal, illetve semmilyen visszajelzést nem kaptam.
I placed an order through the website, which I did not receive after 2 weeks and after writing several emails. When placing the order, the courier (I do not know if it is an employee of the company or an external partner) contacted me by phone, but did not arrive on the agreed day after 1 week. I signaled the problem to the winery, but they didn’t deal with it either, and I didn’t get any feedback.
