Szállításkor még arra is oda figyelnek nehogy a termék sérüljön. Csak ajánlani tudom mindenkinek. Beauty product This is not the first time I have ordered a product from their webshop. Második rendelésnél nem azt kaptam, amit rendeltem, hanem olcsóbb terméket illetve nem azt a mennyiséget, amit rendeltem. Természetesen a szállítások előtt felhívott egy kedves nő, hogy több terméket nem tudnak szállítani, de volt olyan termék amit megígértek, hogy megkapok, de a csomagban nem szerepelt. Írtam reklamációt és még fényképet is csatoltam! 10 nap múlva felhívtam őket és azt mondták ezt a levelet nem is olvasták el még!!! ????? Kérdeznem 10 napig mit csináltak?????? Jelenleg még várom a válaszukat. ????? I ordered twice, but I was both disappointed. The first order was delayed by 1 week at the promised time, I was examined and the tools did not arrive. For the second order, I did not get what I ordered, but a cheaper product or not the quantity I ordered. Of course, before the deliveries, a nice woman called that they couldn’t ship more products, but there was a product I was promised I would get, but it wasn’t included in the package. I wrote a complaint and even attached a photo! I called them 10 days later and they said they hadn’t even read this letter !!! ????? I ask for 10 days what did they do ?????? I am still waiting for their answer. ?????

Ezen kívül még +200 Ft-ot is rászámolnak az utánvétre, így a szállítás 2080 Ft fél kilónyi termékre, mindez csak közvetlenül a megrendelés elküldése előtt derül ki. Az ilyen filléreskedéssel lehet elrontani egy webáruházat. Megveszem máshol. "The order did not reach the amount of HUF 7,000, therefore we charged a logistics cost of HUF 490." That is, the buyer is penalized for not buying enough of everything. Egyetlen dolgot kivantam venni, s vartam, hogy kinyissa - 11.58-kor inkabb hatrament. Szornyu kiszolgalas! I arrived at the store in Újpest on Saturday at 11.57 and the store was locked up. I knocked, indicating that it was a minute away. I took one thing out and waited for it to open - at 11.58 a.m. Terrible service!
V	Vizi Renátó on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatalmas csalódás volt, hisz a honlapon szereplő kép és a kapott termék teljesen más volt, de még a tulajdonos is szentül állította, hogy nekik van igazuk. Hiába reklamál az ember, segíteni senki nem akart. Egyedül a bolti eladók voltak segítőkészek. It was a huge disappointment as the image on the website and the product obtained were completely different, but even the owner sacredly claimed that they were right. No one complained in vain, no one wanted to help. Only the store vendors were helpful.
