Sajnos az ember olyannyira alatta sétál, vagy autózik el, hogy a többi váci templommal összevetve, alig tudatosul, mennyire robosztus s szép épület mellett haladt el. Ezt a tényt az is erősíti, hogy egy-egy utcára állnak a tágasabb téren helyett kapott testvérei. Pedig aztán megérdemli a megtekintést! (Ami legjobban a szemben lévő parkolóból tehető meg.)
A templom külön értéke a történelmi háttere.
Beltere nincs túldíszítve, ami nálam nagy pozitívum. Igényes mennyiségű s minőségű bútorzat s díszítés várja a belépőt, melynek az összképe rögtön átadja az embert a szakralitás átható érzésének.

Unfortunately, one walks so far under it or drives away that, compared to the other churches in Vác, one hardly realizes how robust and beautiful a building has passed. This fact is also reinforced by the fact that his brothers, who have been replaced in the larger square, are on one street at a time. And then it deserves a look! (Which is best done from the parking lot opposite.)
A special value of the church is its historical background.
The interior is not over-decorated, which is a big positive for me. A demanding amount of high-quality furniture and decoration awaits the entrant, the overall picture of which immediately gives the person a pervasive sense of sacredness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vác a 18. sz.elején gyors fejlődésnek indult. A váci püspök 1714-ben a piaristákra – kegyes tanítórend – bízta a váci felsővárosi plébánia ellátását és alapítványt rendelt iskola alapítására.
A Szent Anna tiszteletére szentelt eredetileg barokk kéttornyú templomot 1725-1745 között építették, 1866-ban eklektikus stílusban átalakították.
A homlokzatot és a tornyokat 2015-ben felújították.
Vác started to develop rapidly in the early 18th century. In 1714, the bishop of Vác entrusted the Piarists with the care of the parish of the upper town of Vác and ordered the establishment of a school.
Originally dedicated to St. Anne, the two-tower church was built between 1725 and 1745, and was remodeled in 1866 in an eclectic style.
The facade and towers were renovated in 2015.
