V	Viktor Császár on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gyors kiszolgálás még akkor is, ha tömve van a gyógyszertár. Bébiétel rendelésekor mondjuk nem árt előre megrendelni a szükséges tápszereket. Fast service even when the pharmacy is crowded. When ordering baby food, let’s say it doesn’t hurt to pre-order the necessary formula.
Á	Ágnes Pintér on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A gyógyszertárban segítséget próbáltam kérni , mert a 6 hónapos kisfiam nagyon sokszor felsír az éjszaka a fogzás miatt. Erre csak annyi választ kaptam megvetően,hogy ezen minden gyerek átesik. Magyarán ne segítsek neki sehogy sem ,hagyjam szendvedn. Illetve a gyógyszerész szerint , háromszori megkérdezès után sem létezik a gyógyszertárban semmiféle gyógyszer vagy gél ami a fogzási tüneteket enyhíteni tudná . Nagyon lekezelően bántak velem és a segítségnyújtás apró jelét sem láttam a gyógyszerészben. Soha többet nem megyek ebbe a gyógyszertárba. Még sosem találkoztam ilyennel ,hogy így beszéljenek az emberrel egy patikában. I tried to ask for help at the pharmacy because my 6 month old baby boy cries very often at night because of teething. All I received with contemptuous response to this is that every child goes through this. In other words, don't help him in any way, let him feel. Also, according to the pharmacist, even after three interviews, there is no drug or gel in the pharmacy that could relieve the symptoms of teething. I was treated very contemptuously and I didn’t see a small sign of help from the pharmacist. I will never go to this pharmacy again. I’ve never met one like this to talk to a man like that in a pharmacy.

Nincs sorszám, a gyógyszerészek szólítanak ki úgy a sorban állók közül vásárlókat, hogy a többiek jóval régebben sorban álltak már. Nem lehetett egészségkártyával fizetni, mert a gyógyszerész hölgynek nehezére esett az adatok bevitele/egyeztetése a rendszerben, mivel nem vagyunk helyiek. Egy orrsprayt és egy kenőcsöt megvennem 25percbe telt úgy, hogy amikor betértem ketten álltak előttem sorba. Nagyon sajnálom, hogy ennyire rossz értékelést kellett írnom, de ide túrista tényleg csak sűrgős esetben térjen be. Unfortunately, a patient or customer leaves here with a very bad experience. There is no serial number, pharmacists call out customers in line so that the others have been in line much longer. It was not possible to pay with a health card because it was difficult for the pharmacist lady to enter / reconcile the data in the system as we are not local. It took me 25 minutes to buy a nasal spray and an ointment so that when I got in, the two of them stood in line in front of me. I’m so sorry I had to write such a bad review, but a tourist should really only come here in case of urgency.

Akkora királyoknak kèpzelik magukat, hogy nem szègyenlik az ember szemèbe mondani egy csak gyógyszertàrban elkészíthető, felírt készítményre, hogy "ilyennel mi nem foglalkozunk, mert maceràs". Nem arról van szó, hogy nem volt meg hozzà valami összetevő, csak arról hogy lustàk dolgozni és magasról tesznek rà, hogy kinek mekkora szüksège lenne egy adott gyógyszerre. A hivatàs szégyenfoltja ez a hely. Hasonló kiszolgàlàst és segítőkészséget kívànok amikor nekik vagy a szeretteiknek lenne szüksègük rà... Soha többé ez a patika, ès mivel a màsik gotthàrdinak is ugyanaz a tulaja, azt is csak vègszükség esetèn vàlasztjuk a jövőben (bàr hozzà kell tennem, ott mindig kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak eddig). Timeless, reluctant, absolute "NO GO"! They imagine kings so big that they are not ashamed to say in the eyes of a prescription preparation that can only be made in a pharmacy that "we do not deal with this because it is maceràs". It’s not that there weren’t any ingredients to it, just that they’re lazy to work and put on a height of who would need a particular drug. This place is a disgrace to the profession. I want similar service and helpfulness when they or their loved ones need it ... This pharmacy will never be the same again, and since the other gotthard has the same property, we will only choose it in the future if it is absolutely necessary (although I have to add have been helpful so far).
