Medieval feeling! It's easy to see without entry and entry.

It’s like most of our Romanesque village churches: just a single flat-ceilinged, rectangular-shaped ship and a semicircular sanctuary. To the south is a simple, semicircular entrance, and above it, in a regular arrangement, three semicircular, funneled slotted windows. There may have been similar windows on the south and east sides of the sanctuary. It is extremely rare to find a window on the north side as well. Here, however, two windows also emerged in the north wall of the ship. A special and rare curiosity is that the walls of the ship were built of stone slabs / bricks laid in a herringbone pattern. The sources are controversial. The sanctuary is mostly considered to be the oldest part - but its present masonry is later. The foundation of the sanctuary is obviously different from the wall built on it, however, the old masonry has survived to a higher height on the southern edge. Its construction technique is the same as the ship's wall. The nave is dated to the Gothic era, but this method of masonry and the remaining wall openings refer to the Romanian era. The restorative work is also commendable. The location of the windows that were later opened and are now walled back is indicated by the different color (brick). But they also followed the ancient herringbone pattern with the masonry - so that even the original layer height was retained.
