A beteg kislányunknak nem volt hajlandó megnézni a hölgy a gyógyszere nevét a felhőben sem azt hogy van-e nàluk a gyógyszertàrban (messziről mentünk volna, este …). Nem kaptunk zárójelentés, a sürgősségi ügyeletről mentünk. Akkor sem így kellene kommunikálniuk. Máshol tisztességes és emberséges kiszolgálást kaptunk, köszönjük!
They spoke to my head in an unqualified tone. Our sick little girl refused to see the lady's name for her medicine in the cloud or whether they were with them at the pharmacy (we would have gone far, in the evening…). We did not receive a final report, we went from the emergency room. They shouldn't communicate that way either. Elsewhere we received fair and humane service, thank you!
