Korábban a szomszéd utcában laktunk, de már akkor is inkább máshova mentünk, ha szükség volt gyógyszerre. Sajnos véletlenül a napokban ismét betértem, bár ne tettem volna. Amihez nincs kedvük, vagy macerás (értem itt az orvos által felírt, patikában keverős gyógyszereket), azokra azt mondják, hogy az alapanyag hiánycikk(többször előfordult). Az érdekesség, hogy az egy villamosmegállóval lejjebb található patikában (Gabriella Patika- Kondorosi lakópark), ezek az alapanyagok sohasem hiánycikkek. Értem én, a vevőnek olcsó, sok a meló vele, inkább adjuk el a drága dolgokat. Ha valamit tévesen vásárolsz, és azonnal szólsz, nem veszik vissza, nem is lehet levásárolni. Először csak egészségpénztári fizetésnél játszották el (azzal indokolva, hogy az egészségpénztár nem utalja vissza a pénzt, persze ezt az egészségpénztárban cáfolták), aztán már készpénzes fizetésnél is. Sajnos ez a patika a környéken élő sok idős emberből él, és húzza le Őket, akik sajnos nem tudnak elmenni más, normális és olcsóbb patikába. Szégyen! Senkinek nem ajánlom! Volt már pozitiv tapasztalatom itt,de sokszor negatìv is. A mai nemtörődömség után pedig megfogadtam ,hogy soha többet nem térek be hozzájuk ,inkább két utcával odébb sétálok. Még 3 napot kellett volna várnom a FONTOS és SÜRGŐS készítményre. Azon felül, hogy azt próbálták bizonygatni, hogy nem is rendeltük meg, még el is küldtek, mondván: "ránk nyitottak egy 0-24 órás gyógyszertárat, menjen oda, ők majd megcsinálják".
