★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Szép környezet. Meredek garázsfeljárók, keskeny garázsbejárat, szűk belső utca, járdának óvatosan nevezhető a "járda". Azt is hallani ha a szomszéd lakásban ide oda mennek. Ha a nappaliban vagyok és egy szintel feljebb a konnektort bedugja valaki hallani. Szép kivitelezés, rossz minőségben.
